Should CSS Mania become an NGO ?

One of the main discussions/chats we have internally around CSS Mania is the way we spend the money we make through our advertisers.
Let me first explain what we do on a daily basis in here:
CSS Mania daily issues
- We update screenshots daily: Average in 41 months is like 14 screenshots a day
- We answer all type of e-mails. Nice e-mails and not that nice e-mails.
- We fight SPAM: Like 325 e-mails a day.
- We take care of our sponsors
- We take care of our dedicated server.
- We add referal IDs to some of our links.
- We learn.: Specially languages
- We have fun.
Why are you talking about NGOs?
Cause we are not making any money with all this. Let's say that the money we make is used 40% to pay CSS Mania server (we will talk about the bandwith we spend in another post) , 20% is used to pay Blogs Media servers, and the rest is given to other NGO's like we did some months ago
Now you know what's that money for.
